Keyword Auctions allow you an ability to increase your Career Posting visibility. Once you have successfully received confirmation of your winning bid for a keyword, you can enter your message to be shown to job seekers when searching on your Keyword.

Over 99% of all keywords are available for only $5 per month. This entitles you to display a targeted message to job seekers when searching on your keyword.
